Short Broth Runs(Roams) Broth Limps with it coffeepot 125g or bag of 200g.

Ingredients: onion, green and red pepper, carrot, parsley, seaweeds nori, dulse, ulve, herbs of Provence, pink bays(berries), black pepper, Big salt of Guérande seché.

It is an exceptional product, his(her,its) use is multiple:

It is the dry product which rehydrates in cooking and frees(releases) quite its flavors(perfumes).

- In short fish stock, pastas, vegetables. Put one-two spoonful in soup in the broth of cooking.

- Cooking in the oven, to put one-two spoonful in soup on meats and fishes, to put a little oil of olive and water and to enfourner.

- Cooking in the frying pan, to strew the short broth with a little butter in the frying pan.

- Salad dressing, put two spoonful in soup of short broth in a bowl and add oil, vinegar. Move energetically and let rest(base) 10 minutes. The product rehydrates and offers a delicious vinaigrette.
